These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by [YCB Services] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to residential customers in the State of North Carolina. By scheduling service, enrolling in a subscription, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We provide residential trash bin cleaning services, including pressure washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of standard household trash and recycling bins. Services are performed after local trash pickup when possible. Optional add-on services may include odor elimination or pest deterrent treatments and are subject to additional fees.
Services are provided only to residential customers within our active service area. Bins must be standard residential bins (e.g., 64-gallon or 96-gallon). We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, hazardous, or non-standard containers.
Customers must place bins in a visible, accessible location on the scheduled service day. If bins are not accessible, blocked, overturned, frozen, or unsafe, service may be skipped without refund. Service times are estimates and not guaranteed due to weather, holidays, equipment issues, or route adjustments.
Subscription services automatically renew at the selected frequency (bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly) unless canceled. By enrolling, you authorize recurring automatic charges to your selected payment method. Charges are billed in advance at the published or agreed-upon rate. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice via email, phone, website, or customer portal. Services scheduled during the notice period remain billable.
All prices are listed per bin per service or as a monthly subscription. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Failed or late payments may result in service suspension. Repeated non-payment may lead to account termination.
We reserve the right to skip or reschedule service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, mechanical issues, or regulatory restrictions. Skipped services caused by Company operations will be rescheduled when feasible. Missed services due to customer inaccessibility or non-compliance are not eligible for refunds.

We comply with applicable North Carolina and local regulations related to water usage and wastewater disposal. We use environmentally responsible cleaning practices when reasonably available.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or defects in customer bins. If damage occurs due to our negligence, liability is limited to the reasonable replacement cost of the affected bin. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We maintain General Liability Insurance consistent with industry standards for residential service providers.
We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, repeated inaccessibility, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
